How long does shipping take?

We use UPS as our carrier and offer ground shipping, 2nd day air, next day air saver and next day air early. During the checkout process, you can select your preferred shipping method. Orders are shipped out the next day for all orders, unless you have selected a future shipping date.

Here are the estimated shipping times:

  • Packages going to Minnesota: Next-day delivery with any shipping method.
  • Packages shipped within the Midwest region: 1-2 business days.
  • Packages going to other states: 2-5 business days with ground shipping, and quicker shipping with UPS air.

Please note that these shipping times are approximate and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS Next Day Air Early (order delivered next business day before 12pm).

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

If you would like the shipment of your order to be delayed, please choose the desired delivery date on the calendar during the checkout process.

How can I be sure that my order went through?

Once you have completed the order process you will be taken to the order confirmation page with your order number and recieve an order confirmation email.

Can I track my order?

Once the carrier has picked up the order you will receive an email that your order has shipped. You will be able to track the shipment of your by tracking your package using the tracking number that was emailed to you.

How long until my order will be shipped?

We typically fulfill the order within one business day of the order being placed (unless you chose a future shipping date).

Can I return my order?

Because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we do not accept returns. We always strive to provide the best quality product and service to our customers, however, if you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at gifts@wuollet.com or so we can better serve you.

How will my recipient know who sent them the package?

It is our goal to provide you with thebest gifting experience, so you are welcome to add a personalized gift message to your order at check out!

How much do you charge for shipping?

You can select the shipping method that best suits your needs at check out. We offer discounted shipping rates with UPS, and the price of shipping is determined based on the weight of the products and the destination.
